Creve Coeur Lakehouse opened its doors (after two years of work) on June 7th, 2006. The building had previously housed the Hale Erwin Driving Range and Golf School. It had been vacant since the floods of '93. The Lakehouse is owned and operated by partners, Dick Shaiper and Bill Loynd, with their wives Gay Shaiper and Patricia Loynd. The Lakehouse is managed by Dick and Gay's Niece, Stephanie Smith and her Husband Brandon Smith. Bill & Patricia's six children all work at the restaurant. When we say a family business- we mean it!
